Standard home delivery only, FREE. Orders before 22:00 GMT process same/next business day; dispatch prep 1–3 business days; delivery 5–10 business days after dispatch (total usually 6–13).
You’ll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link once dispatched. Prefer a portal? Use our Order Tracking page and enter your tracking number to see live status and ETA.
Return within 30 days of delivery. Items unworn/unused, original condition with tags. Customer pays return shipping. Refund to original payment within 14 days of receipt/proof.
Email info@novisora.com with photos. We cover reasonable return costs/provide a label and issue a full refund (incl. standard outbound shipping) or repair/replacement. UK law:30-day short-term right to reject.
